Editted with links. Check where you spliced the wires, maybe one came loose. Did you butt connect them?

I'm not sure on your car buddy.. hopefully someone can chime in.

It's the O2 sensor, unless it was really one long flash instead of a short flash, in which case it would be code 10 (IAT).

be shure to reset your computer by unplugging the ecu after you replace the o2 c if that shuts off the the check engine light
You can reset it by unhooking your battery, too. Let it sit for a few min, hook it back up. ;)

But then it will more than likely do it again. I say go to vato zone have them tell you waht it is with one of there reader thingies

Not if he fixes it. ;NutKick; If he fixes it, he needs to reset his ECU anyways.
If he goes to Checker/Vato Zone it's going to pull the same codes on their scanner as it will on his ECU. On the older Hondas like that, and like my Lude, they have a light on the ECU that flashes in a sequence that will show you the code it's throwing. 1 long flash = 10's, 1 short flash = 1's. Example, 3 long flashes, 2 short flashes = code 32. You can do the same thing esentially with the newer Hondas that don't have that style ECU, but you have to trip a jumper under the dash that will make your CEL flash in the same pattern.

yup yup true true on also on the 91 integras you can take out a fuse to reset the ecu no need to uplugg battery or ecu
