First question being on my 91 integra i put a walboro fuel pump in there and the car runs fine. The pump does sound much louder than a stock pump. Is this common ? The pump kinda makes a wine noise? This common ?
Second question is can i remove this clip and just hook the wires together or does this clip regulate something??? This is what my 02 sensor plugs into.

you can just splice those wires together... kinda sucks though if you have to take the whole harness out ever..

Ok thanks, its one butt joint right there if i splice it. Not a huge deal you know. But that is just a clip for easy release it does not regulate anything ?
Off topic, but.. DAMN, that looks to be a clean ass engine bay for a '91 Teg. +1

Kind of like the whine you make when bubba nails you
Also, if your fuel pump starts making a grinding noise when you're low on fuel, get some fuel. :D Try to not let it run on E with the pump.. you could fuck it up. No bueno.

and before you put it in the car... use it with a car battery for a beer bong
Bwuahahahahahhahaha.. BRILLIANT! Conrad, I think you just figured out a way to become a multi-bazillionaire.

Thanks for the comment on the clean engine bay. Its a little dirty right now and you can see some leaks right there i need to fix but overall its ok. The pump is making the grinding noise now thats common witht his pump and not with the stock ??? Ill get gas now and is there anything i can do about the wine. Its kinda annoying. I dont need the upgraded pump so i could go back to stock but .......

Just curious why you want/need to remove that clip? Isn't the point of it so you can swap out your O2 sensor? If your stock fuel pump works fine, why did you install a walbro? Yes, walbro's are loud at times, and silent at times.

Loud at times and silent at times? I think that's all in your head.. they'll stay the same "volume".. it's just whether or not you can teach yourself to block out the sound or not.
The walbro is loud - it's something you just have to live with. They used to come with a sleeve which was supposed to quiet them down somewhat, but haven't seen a sleeve for a long time...
I'm wondering why you swapped in a walbro with the limited mods which are listed in your profile?

I was throwing a code 43 for fuel supply system awhile back, ended up being a ground wire on the termestat housing but when i did not know what it was i thought maybe the pump and changed it out.
