How about we just cover our cars with christmas tree lights, lol... I actually saw a car with christmas lights around the insides of the windows out at the loop a few months ago.

Anyways, the exhaust you're talking about is called the "afterburner". I recently heard a radio commercial for it... I think it was for AutoZone.
