Depends on what you want and what your idea of best is.

You don't want no damn Frank turbo. You obviously don't sound like you know much about DSM's or anything else about them since you came on here asking what turbo to get. Get either a small 16g or a Evo 16g and keep it simple. Trust me, it'll be less of a headache for you until you get to know about DSM's and how they work.

When you consider the almost nonexistant price difference with a big 16G, or even an evoIII 16G these days, there's no real reason not to go with big. Just my opinion, though :)
