I'm trying to put some coilovers on my integra and all of the bolts are rusted so I can't screw them off. Is there anyway to get them unrusted and off?

i assume you are referring to the lower control arm bolts... use an impact

spray some PB Plaster on there and see if that works

Spray WD-40 or PB Blaster on it, knock it with a hammer a few times, let it soak for a while, then use an impact on it.

Be careful honda's love to break the bottom bolt that holds the Shock in the rear I have broked about 3 of them in the past. Make sure you let it soak for awhile with a penatrating oil

Lower control arm bolts that are rusty are best left alone. If you have to remove them just plan on cutting them off and replacing the bushing in the arm and a new bolt.

That's exactly what i ended up doing, bolts snapped on both side of my civic and had to replace everything.

where could i get the PB Plaster?

Junk yard for the parts, and hardware store for the pb blaster.

Is it just the center bushing that the shock bolts to or all three bushings?

Depends on who you were talking to. Some mechanics and service writers are afraid of hard work and would rather sell you a shiny new part rather than make a few extra bucks in labor.
