is the main shaft on a gsr tranny the same as a b16?


i remember my freind having a 6 puck for a gsr and it wouldn't go on my b16 trans just checking,

Its still a B series, its gunna fit. Did you have your tranny fully out of the car, or did you leave it in the car loosening it all up enough to slide your hand and clutch disk in there?

thats about 1/2 way true
cable and hydro b-series tranies use different spline sizes(hydro is a tad bigger) so if you had a hydry b16 clutch and a hydro gsr trans yeah it would fit if you had a cable clutch and a hydro trans no go an viseversa

oh that's probably what it was, i hadn't seen the b's not all fit the same before so it caught me off gaurd, thanks
