Prelude short shifter

Does anybody know how to install a short shifter adapter on a 98 prelude? And also how do you take apart the center column to get to the shifter?

Yes I do. If you go to the book store and look at the Sport Compact Honda/Acura Performance book, it has an install. It sthe same as the Accord in the Pics. Should take you about 15 minutes, or I can do it for $25
