SUpercharged C6 1/4 mile video

The car is otherwise stock. Running a procharger at 8 psi. Tobi, have you heard any more from that c6 that you helped tune? I'm seriously looking at the procharger or the aps twin turbo setup.

the aps tt setup for the C6 has gotta be EXPENSIVE compared to the vortech...

the aps setup runs about 10K. The procharger setup about 7995, so they are fairly close. I'll post pics of the TT setup. It is a thing of beauty.

Trust me, the guy DOES NOT HAVE NITROUS. THere are several other C6's putting down similar track times with similar setups, I just chose to post this guys video. It's not an oddity or anything.

Very clean setup. That looks really cool with the turbos under there. Do the C6's still have the tranny in the back of the car? I love how he was almost idling when he launched.. :D

I definately like the APS kits, they did a great job on the 350z's, and they posted some of their C6 developments as well on our forum from time to time. The C6 kit definately looks ike APS quality and engineering. Are they still using the unichip on that kit as well though for EMS?

For the price i'd rather save a couple more G's and dump it in the APS setup, i bet they have little or no turbo lag. If I'm not mistaken they're gonna be supporting an upgrade path for the C6 up to 1000hp, I know they are doing the same for the 350z albeit up to 900hp (their r&d z is at 730hp last time I heard from them) with their up and coming twin fuel pump system and new intake plenum combo w/ new ems. They slowed a lot of their 350z R&D to get the C6 kit going. Can't imagine what their C6 is like, must have a power band from hell.

That C6 is definately in the 700whp range already if you slap it on a dynojet their load based dyno reads low. Very solid numbers, I'm not suprised with 8psi, that is one big ass motor :D I dont doubt at all the C6 can hit a 1khp with < 20#

Seriously, if you want a straight up race car you can buy a CRX shell for like $600. Build an engine + boost with a nice suspension setup and you'll still be under $10k. That wont come with a pimp factor though :(
