Porsche 997 GT3 caught out without its makeup

Extraordinaire has been at it again– this time capturing Porsche’s upcoming GT3 undisguised in full-on crimson<br />
war paint. Slated to be released in May of 2006, the hairy-chested variant should up the 997’s (already generous) ante<br />
with a 3.8L flat-six pushing 400hp through a newly-developed six speed gearbox.</p>
<p>In case you couldn’t figure it out<br />
from the blood-red heart attack seen at right, the GT3 is distinguished by its gaping air intakes, new rear bumper with<br />
center-exit exhaust, and the obligatory rear wing. For those paradoxical ‘less is more’ types with bulging pockets, a<br />
Cup version is also planned. One, please.</p>
