Upcoming Race Season Info.

It's been awhile since I have been on here or talked to anyone, so hello to everyone. I do have a question for everyone though.

I'd like to know who is going to participate in the Friday night Street Import/Sport Compact series for the entire season @ Bandimere.

I really want to know from the people who are really gonna race the whole season, not from the one's who race here or there or the one's who say they will come, but never show up and then provide whatever excuse they come up with as to why they couldn't make it.

I am wanting to know this because I am seriously considering racing the Street E.T. class due to the fact there is much greater opportunity to collect winnings as well as compete for a chance at the National E.T. Championship. However, if a good number of people are racing the Import class, I think I would race in that class as I have done in the past.

Also, is anyone planning on doing the club clash this year?...Let me know any info. regarding it.

You know I will be running the Import ET class. I have not received my packet from Bandi yet to register the club for CC. But as soon as it arrives I will be taking members. I will let you know when i get it B. Later.

once I run 11's I am done with the track scene. I dont want to have to put a role cage in the car...

For once I guess I will be thankful I won't have that problem for a while and if I do run 11s and don't want to cage it I'll just dial in the boost to just run 12 flat. :cool:

Ill race the club clashes and test & tunes, but not the e.t. series. Im gonna wait till next year to do that when i have more stuff done and i can run faster times.

Remember Dallas,it's all bracket racing and speed has nothing to do with winning. Sometimes the faster the car the harder it is to stay consistent especially with a manual tranny.

I thought the E.T. series was time...I know about bracket racing, thats what we did in georgia for the import races.

There's guys running in the ET class that are in the 10s on drag radials,I think only a few DSMs would be able to compete and they aren't any in Colorado....yet.

at the track in georgia there was this guy that ran a old buick...he ran an 11.72 on avarage, but hit his dial in almost everytime exactly and a .500-.520. He had no electronics just years of experience and an auto tranny. the only way to beat him was to hope he red lighted or broke out.

I'm gonna run my mustang in the friday import series. afterall it was made in mexico...that means it's an import right? lol just kidding. If I still had my celica I'd be racing the import class, but the way it looks right now I'm just gonna hit up the ford days, and the club clash events.

yeah pretty sure I'm gonna run under HAI. I'm wanting to get involved in the Colorado Street Machine Assossiation though, and if they have a team I might run with them. I need to hurry though.

Umm... i'm moving to Denver again over the summer, an i 'm looking for a good shop to help with the final kinks on my truck. By the time i get there i will only need a few things. If someone could help that would be hella cool.
