I work mids... so I say in the mornings... but it's more like noon-afternoon when I'm waking up.

When I WAS going to the gym, it was at night and I would shower at the gym after the workout, before coming home to pass-out.

I really... really... really need to get back to the gym! I need counseling!

On nights that I work I shower around 4pm to 430pm. On days/nights that I am off I usually shower around 2 or 3.
