A car I have seen a couple times has had his HAI stickers proudly displayed on his black civic hatch. All in all, I didn't think the car was back looking, I mean, theaftermarket wheels looked tasteful, no ricey tailights etc.


Apparently the reason his car didn't look totally over done was because he can't afford to make it a garish, ricey abomination. Today I see the car sporting a brand new chrome fart cannon.

Not only that, but the damn thing is attached in the goddamn ghetto ass manner in which you just hack of the stock pipe wherever you please, and slap the muffler on.

The damn thing is sideways, cockeyed, and points upward, and looks to be a poorer install job than what I could accomplish in 5 minutes with a hot glue gun, a set of tinsnips, and zipties.

If this is your car I am referring to, fix it, and don't continue to be a dumbass. Thanks.

It sounds like you are talking about futuresi's car. His car is about as anti-rice as it gets. The exhaust you are speaking of is an Apex N1 from japan. They come out at an angle because that is the style of the n1 endurance cars. I have the same exhaust on my car, as do 5 or 6 others including a couple supra owners. Are all of our cars rice because of this? If so I challenge you to a race so we can see where my money has gone :D

I really hope that you weren't serious about the half sideways, cocked upward muffler being a look people strive to attain. Trust me. From an "outsider" looking in on the import scene, it looks freaking horrible.

Occourse, I can't talk too much shit, because my car is currently pimping a set of mismatched wheels. I was forced to put my slicks on my stock wheels, and conversely put my street tires on the slick rims. Long, ugly story. Anyways, it's getting warmer, and soon I get to run it down the 1320 again... Winter sucks. :)

That I am, but what made me decide to register was the abomination I mentioned in this thread. I guess ridiculous exhausts do serve a purpose.

I drive a beat to shit 1991 Formula WS6. It doesn't really run 12's. Third generation F-bodies are slow.

The sideways angled pipe is a JDm thing., In Japan the noise ordinance measurements are taken from directly behind the car.
The angle of the dangle helps anormally failing score to just squeak through. The N1 is pretty loud as is the 5Zigen Fireball which is also sideways. Both very nice exhausts. Ted did you hook that thing up to your rusted ass stock pipe?

i have one of those too, altho i dont have stickers and my car is grey. its not really deserving of it but i dont wanna put the stock exhaust back on(i think its the ricer deep down in me)

Black on Black, T-tops, Black crosslace wheels. No visisble performance modifications. In fact, most people think it is a 305 car, due to a difference in factory badging from the 91-92 cars and previous (1987-1990 formulas say formula 350 on the side, while 305's just say formula. These pics are a little old, I'm too lazy to update it, and the car doesn't look any different anyways, except for some engine stuff.

The nasty wiring is because most a lot of the wiring in the car didn't work when I got it, so I was manually running wiring to different subsystems of the car.

Some stuff. It's an L98 (350) car with the G92 exhaust and performance rear, along with the WS6 package.

It was running 15.1 at bandimere stock, now it isn't all that stock anymore.

That looks about how mine does, only it bends to the right. I think they bend a bit more on the hatchbacks, but I like the look of it....

We've had some fun with the morons over on Csi who think altitude has no effect on a cars performance. One moron tried to convince us he ran a 13.8 at Pueblo with a stock LT1. Of course when we asked for the timeslip, he didn't have a scanner....

Accell super stock plug wires and splitfire plugs. I also installed a K&N. It's a beast now.
