Does anyone have a Vacume tester?

Im only getting about 7-11 lbs of vacume and only 10lbs of boost. Im pretty sure that the O-rings for the throttle body could stand to be replaced along with the throttle body gasket.
I would still like to find someone that has a pressure tester so i can make sure that there is nothing else thats leaking.
Im gonna replace the O-rings and gasket this weekend, But how much vacume should i expect up here? I was thinking about 15 lbs would be good. Thans for the help.

7-11 inches of vacuum? not lbs. Is this at idle?

Are you using a boost gauge to measure your vac & boost? If so, where is the boost gauge getting it's pressure source?

I have the boost guage hooked up to the fpr line. Yeah, this is all at idle. I just had the head rebuilt when i pulled it to have 3 bolts extracted, but i didnt have a boost/vac guage before that.
