hmmm, not sure, I would say a micrometer would tell ya though. You should be able to get a set of B18 cams for free if you look around a little.

i think the cam profile is a little higher on the crv cam(more torque,i assume) i measured them with a dial caliper.. my buddy is using my crv head on his b18a block
cams are bigger and runners are slightly larger

Crower will regrind pretty much any cam you want if you aske them :)

I've seen alot of crower cams break, good ol regrinds.
