Well, I just ran a compression test on my car...
Results :

200 | 200 | 190 | 210
1 2 3 4

I think these a good numbers for a GSR with 105k on it...

My car starts POURING oil smoke at around 7 to 8k... Now I know all cars smoke a little at these revs but the smoke is not minimal and it looks almost as if there is a smoke screen behind me after taking the car to redline.

I know it's hard to diagnose a car over the internet ;-), but any idea's on what it might be?? PCV?

The spark plugs were white not blue like I had expected.

Probably bad rings. If they are a little oil soaked you will get normal to high compression test numbers. You need a leakdown test but its more than likely you need a build.

The number in cyl 3 went from 190 to 230 with a teaspoon of oil.... Here is a dyno sheet, it seems my car looses power up top... (rings) How much would a general build cost. What about a general turbo build.

Looks like a normal graph. The build cost depends on what machine work it needs internally. I have to tear it down to give you a cost.
