I don't think the tornado spins itself. I think it just makes the air spin. Say has anyone here tried that thing? Does it actually add HP?

it doesn't add horses. it improves and smoothes out the flow of the exhaust gases and that increases your mufflers efficiency. that in turn will help your car sale through the air like a hot knife through butter, thus making your car faster and more stable at high speeds. kinda like a big alunimum wing, but without advertising your potential :)
