So lastnight Brian, Isaiah and I went out to dinner at Chilis and to have a little fun on the streets, we had a video camera so we could do some taping. we were cruising Academy and ran into a 99 or new cobra not sure but it was a convertible. I ran him form a 3rd gear pull and beat him, i think Brian got this on tape. this thing had like 20's on it........Then later on we made a lap and I ran into that silver SHO that used to have that black spoiler on it. Ran him off a 3rd gear rool to and was pulling him easy. Then I started to race him twice out of first but I missed 2nd and ran out of room. Would have kicked his ass roayally anyway. Oh yeah and he was squeezing as he was kinda there on the first race. Hmmm....then we met up with Ted, and found this yellow Cobra with SVO exhaust and some huge tires on the back at Ausitn Bluffs and Nevada. As much as I tried to get him to race he wouldnt bite so that sucked. I think that would have been a good race. Then I raced Ted on Union and we got that on vid. It was just for fun. I also got into it with that black elcipse GS-t with the unpainted body kit. I kicked his ass pretty easily from a 2nd gear roll. I love that beause this guy thinks the car is the shizzy:) we got that on vid too. He does have a cool sounding BOV though. I think that was it, if I think of anymore I will post them up........:fro:

Um while I was out I beat up on a del sol with a b16,and a v6 mustang with 2 girls in it. That was fun cause they took off from the light and had about 3-4 cars and I got on my car and passed them in 3rd :M:

Also beat up on a Ford Escort with a GTR badge...Then I asked him why he has that badge..I didnt really understand him, then the guy I was riding with ask him when he was doing the swap...the guy said "next week".

Other than that I just wasted some gas...:smoker:

nope it had been cold all day and snowed a little in the morning, but everything was cool. Except for it being a little cold it was nice.

my last nights action consisted of 2 numbers and a late nighter...(if you know what I mean)... ;)


anyways....let me tell about this C5 that got royally embarassed on Powers yesterday.

I was merging from Barnes(?) onto Powers and there is a C5 in the left lane and he accelerates so I get behind him, he goes into the next lane and I follow, no passing room so I just stay on his butt.
I finally get beside him in the fast lane and all the cars get in the middle lane. I goose it hard and he gets behind me and follows...d@mn light changes. I had to hit the brakes pretty hard to stop...now the action. ;)
I am the 1st car and he is right behind me...I slowly go across the intersection waiting for him to get beside me...the guy is in full throttle and passes me :mad:, so I hit the gas and on top of 2nd I am at his fender, top of 3rd...way back.....top of 4th...I am in the next zip code. :D

He turned off...

Thats crazy...must have felt good to jsut leave him like he was standing still. I got into it with a C5 a few days ago. It was black and we went for a 2nd gear roll. I stayed with him and at the top of 2nd I was ahead of him by my fender adn then he just freakin left me....I come to find out that this dude was squeezing. dont know how much, but it was way more than enough to beat me.

not sure yet. Brian ran a 14.7@ 99 with the exact same setup as myself so I am pretty sure I will run right around there... Mid 14's wth any sort of traciton is no problem I am sure......Fastest C5's I have seen outside of Z06's are mid 14 sec cars.

I will race the Rex next time we can get together......With Brian's mph he had enough for a low 14 just not the traction to get there....From a roll our cars are really pretty quick though. .....I love boost:D

What mph did Brian have?? I think I could have maybe hit 13's if I could hook up. I hit 102mph with 2.5-2.6 60fts. I have a small turbo, and Brian and I are a pretty close race when I have run him a couple times. I can't wait to get back, we will have to hook up for sure.

My 14.7 was at 99 with a 2.58 60'. Sounds like we both need some drag radials. I've been seeing a lot of guys hitting 1.7's with those new bfg's. If we hit those kind of 60' times I guarantee we could both pull 13's as it sits.
