I have a 97 Integra GSR. Lately i've noticed that during certain shifts the clutch seems to not engage all the way and kind of grinds, but even more recently my clutch is depressed all the way and won't recoil without assistance from my foot. I have no clue whats going on i've heard it might be the clutch cable or spring might be loose or broken. Can someone with any idea what might be going on let me know.

Your Integra has a hydraulic clutch. I would recommend getting it bled, for starters. Even better, get the fluid changed out as well.

If that doesnt fix it, you may have a bad clutch slave cylinder.

Yup, it's most likely a hydraulic issue. Flush and bleed the clutch fluid and let us know if that doesn't solve it.

If you know how to bleed brakes, you can bleed your clutch cylinder.

i think its your clutch master cylinder...try to see if there is any leak in your car under tha carpet near the clutch pedal
