aftermarket FPR vs. stock

I turbo my car with an adjutable fuel pressure regulator and tune it and everything. But the adjustable FPR starting to act up so I switch to the stock FPR. does it need to be retune? on the adjustable FPR when working it read anywhere from 40-35. Anyone with any idea?

Depends on if it was tuned using the FPR or another, more reliable means. Like Hondata, VAFC etc. More than likely yes it will need to be retuned.
