Apexi ECV

Has anyone used the Apexi Exhaust Control Valve (ECV), how hard are they to install and how much can one count on it quieting the exhaust.

I make early morning deliveries and i dont want a loud ass exhaust that early

Car already has a 2.5" Apexi exhaust
