hondata s200b question

i bought this hondata a few months ago from "omekone" on HAI.

i finally have some time to tune my car...and wanted to find out
if there is anything wrong with it...It came with some weird
chip, not the one from hondata. Can I bring it by tomorrow?

Im not sure what the switch on the chip is all about. It doesnt look like an S200 either. It looks like a staged kit. I guess you can bring it by and I can look at it.
