Ok, I've been out of the stereo circuit for a little while now, but I'll scrap up some pictures if I can find them of a custom job I did on my '76 Monte Carlo (454 V8, charged!) Was a great sleeper, looked like shit, but would blow away mustangs back in the late 80's early 90's. Anyway, I transformed the trunk into a sealed box, with 4, Cerwin Vega 18"s, the whole bumper rattled of one day, very funny and very loud!!! I don't miss the system, but I miss the car.

what would you charge for one 10", an adequate amp, in a box that won't tip over if I go around corners? Just curious more than anything else, you said you were bored :P

well my 10" box can be had for as little as 369 including sub. and for 250 more im now selling this box with an integrated 400 class D mono amp installed inside. there is no amp rack like you have seen on my other boxes. the amp is hidden inside and the box has connections on the back to hook it up.
pictures comming soon

I assume the price is worth it? I could go buy a rockford 10" and a rockford amp, with box, for half what you are charging :)

well considering the box hits as loud and as low as a pair of 12" subs you get a lot more bang for the buck with my setup by far.
you could ask, brian, steve, scott, tobi, or ted to confirm this.

oh hell yeah it's worth it. If you were at the Feb. meet in Castlerock, you could have heard it like I did. It was awesome! I will get one! Soon! Hence why I'm selling my two JBL 12s and bandpass box together.

here is some proof for you guys.. i ran a comparason between my new dual 8" box and a JL 12W6 in a ported box.
here are the results. the ifrst plot is the out of car responce and the next one is the in car responce. as you can see the red line is the JL sub and the yellow line is my 8" subs and bandpass box. they are almost identical for the low end i was suprised myself!

shouldn't two 8's sound better than a 12 anyways? I mean I know 8's don't hit real hard...or low, I guess I just fail to see a real big difference :)
