san fransisco was way too expensive of a place for my tastes. The whole beach factor & golden gate bridge wore off real quick. I started missing the rockies after like 3 days there. Glad i'm back home, I love CO!

CA ppl might beg to differ... but whatever. fuck 'em. :D
I moved here from MI 'cuz I absolutely love CO/Denver (chose it over Seattle & Chicago).
I do kinda miss the lakes, but the humidity and shitty weather just wasn't worth it...
Besides Denver/Metro Denver, it seems like CO is not too developed yet, though. I can see some of you thinking it's boring and whatnot.
ITS BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
dude, b20, im curious, why the fuck do you feel the need to takel my name and disrespect me by putting that in you signature? what the fuck did i do to you to deserve you ragging on me for loving to drive, and having a passion for something worthwhile?
i agree that you make a living driving, but fuck you for putting that in there. i have always had a decent respect for truckers, but every last shred of my respect for you just went out the door. fuck you. dont be pissed because i got to it first.

I think its so funny, I have grown up in Southern Cali my whole life and i feel the same way about CA as you guyes do about CO. I love the mountains and all, but the beach is just 100 times better for me.

You're not 21 are you? Maybe not even 18.

I am ready to move out of col.
The Nazi state has me frustrated to no end.
Oregon, high property tax, no sales tax and 20 to reg your car for 2 years.
Insurance rate is pretty good
Texas, High property tax, no state tax and smog/state registartion fee's are small.
Insurance is pretty good.
Colorado low property tax, 7.25% state tax+city tax, + any other tax they can tax, Car registration for one year is based upon total price of the car, as the car deprciates so does the reg fee's but mine is still 400.00 fucking $$. Insurace is fucking outrageous!! they raised my Insurance due to living in Pueblo 2K a year, because my Insurance company asked the state of Colorado if they could jack the prices, and Col signed it and said ya no problem.
I thought San Diego was expensive but holly fuck, I am single and I pay 22-24K a year in living exps, fee's, taxes etc... thats not including food. Every time I turn around I am getting jacked, now my garbage bill is going up 3% + a 4.50 Gas fee per bill?
what the fuck!!!
oh ya, let me edit this...
You say these state taxes and shit pays for roads, this state has the absolute worst roads I have ever been on, next to New Mexico * Our entire neighborhood is a new development and the road workers keep working on all the roads because they keep sinking into the ground, standing water on every road every day, due to all the sunken roads, they repair the roads, like a 3rd grade kid playing in a sand box, pathetic. My jeep is the only thing suited for these roads.
Colorado has nice mountains, and thats about it, I like the state but I hate where I am, and what I pay.
I am thinking about moving to Austin TX.

I go to school out in Cali but live here in CO, and I'd say they both have a lot to offer. To be honest part of what makes colorado so tight isn't for what we have, but what we don't (atmosphere fans might have heard that before). Cali is fun because there is always something to do, always a hot girl somewhere in your line of sight, and there you often find a really really nice car driving next to you. However, at the same time it isn't the safest place to be, the air is really dirty, and there are people everywhere - there aren't any places to get away from it all.
To me cali is like going to a club and colorado is like partying with your friends at a house - both have their ups and downs.
Also, in'n'out isn't a sweatshop - the employees start at over $10/hr.

In-N-Out has over 7,000 employees with a starting wage of $8 an hour.

In-N-Out employees do make around 11 bucks an hour in california.... however that is offset by the cost of living.
aka $11/hr = STARVING in california.

That was at one in san francisco... It varies by location... There MINIMUM for ALL in n outs is $9/hr
