In mint condition no scratches on screen or case, comes with all accessories except cd which u can dl off apple.com. I also modded the text and graphic on it. Asking for $140

apple says it can hold 1000 songs i have 486 songs on it with 1.3gb left, it depends on how much u compress your bitrates on the songs. Oh and i have the whole Nirvana Discography and the new Kanye West -Late Registration cd on the ipod.
