I'm selling a green 2001 honda civic ex, 5-speed manual, all stock, have clear alteza lights in the back. 40K on the car, clutch almost new. New paint job on the car. Whys does it have a salvage title?

It was in an accident, no frame damage, just the left side of the car was damaged, like the front and rear suspension, and the rear quater, and both rims on the left side of the car were broken.
