SSD Programming tool - Acura transponder chip

I am looking for someone in the denver area with a SDD programming tool to program a key transponder chip to my tsx. I already have the key cut just need the chip programmed to the car. I am working on modifying an accord key/fob combo, with my tsx key. any help would be awesome!

yeah the dealership will do it for $$$$$$ they charge over $100 to do it. I talked to a few locksmiths and they still want $85. I was just seeing if anyone knew anyone that could do it cheaper.

The tool is over $2500. That is why it costs so much to have done. It also keeps people from making keys to steal cars with.
