EG civic front speakers

The size for the front EG civic speaker is 6 1/2... does this mean that all 6 1/2's will fit? or is there a height limit?

Not all will fit and you might need to remove the factory cup

you can make just about any 6.5 speaker fit in a civic. you need to remove the plastic basket behind the stock speaker and you might need to make a new template. pioneers are usually pretty thin so they should fit without too much trouble.

i can get you thoes pioneers for 55.00 but to be honest i dont know if they will work well under your stock grills. the tweeter assy is mounted to the grill on the speaker. not only will that sound like crap but its going to make install a lot harder. if you want my advise i would look for a good component set.
staying in the pioneer line i would reccommend the TS-C1653 and i can get them for 125.00 or if your not concerned about name brands i can get you a better pair of component speakers under 100 bucks
