Sleeves are about $1100 after shipping depending on what you want
Pistons are anywhere from $400-$1000 depending what you want
Rods are $450-$$850 depending on what you want
Bearings, gaskets are $400-$600
Assembly and other machine work $500-$1000 Depending on what you want.

So the entry level economy block is roughly $2800 plus tax and a Better high quality block will run you $4600 plus tax. None of these prices includes labor to swap the motor, or are they an actual to the penny estimate.
