I got my 1st job when I was 16 and worked throughout high school. I paid for my 1st car in cash. A whopping $1700 for it. My dad was nice enough to pay my car insurance until I got a better paying job.

Well I didnt pay for my car, and I didn't pay for my insurance until I turned 21. But everything I have ever putted into my car I have paid for. My first job was when I was 14, worked at the mall but I guess my parents are the kind that would not let their kids pay for stuff until they turn 21 or so. Because my brother brought home applications for several jobs and my parents told him not to work. So there is no one to blame here. I guess we are just spoiled. LoLz
