That's a nice house... but if you want to be the new Hugh Hefner I think you're going to need something along the lines of this:

http://www.prestigerealtygroup.com/listingdetail.cfm?ID=48710&BID=27

with 9 bedrooms 7 bathrooms, on nearly 6 acres of land in littleton. Recording studio, pool, fountains, barns, and fenced and gated.

and 23291 of total square feet.

21084 sq ft of that is finishedxc

The price tag for all this you ask? A mere 14,000,000.00

and at the current 46 million jackpot you would still have money to set up a corporation to pay you as much money as a salary, a year as you wanted.

AND if you set up a non profit orginazation and set you as the CEO of it. Donated all of it to your "non profit", you could keep the whole 46 mil without paying taxes all at once on it, and invest it while you wait. =)

But that's just what I would do.

If you had 14 mil to spend on a house why would you live in littleton? For that money I can live here:

so the famed f1 driver can suppliment all the sponsorship deals with mucho dinero selling insurance while still keeping it real and living in the state that he grew up in. wish more people were down to earth and quit moving out to beach front property or the alps, partying with the european models or the tropical girls next door once they strike it rich

I never said I live a better lifestyle then the rest of you. Don't take things so personally. I simply stated that is how I would spend the money.

As for the why spend the money here instead of some place else? Why would you want to move some place else when you are happy where you are?
