How much would the install cost, with dyno tune. Could you list price individually. Also what EMS would you recomend to use to keep ATTS?

There is no EMS that will operate the ATTS. You will be stuck with the timing fuel controller that Jackson gives you if you want to keep the ATTS operational.
I charge $1000 for the install and 150 an hour for the tune. Although unless you have a VAFC installed also there is nothing I can tune except for cam gears. To tune cam gears on a JRSC prelude it will take 6-7 hours. The blower bracket has to be removed every time an adjustment needs to be made.

What piggy back system would you use? The VAFC? Do I even need a tune then? I just want the car to last.

The JRSC comes with a piggyback but it is not adjustable. Tomake it adjustble you would need to install a VAFC and then tune it on the dyno.
