Tobi,

I am looking to be spending alot for this RSX 05... alot of people say that the Type R cams are worth the bucks w/ the K-pro, but would it be worthless with out the Tunning?... have you seen the base line of a RSX cam to RSX type R? and i will be buy most of my stuff from ClubRSX.com and most likly bring it all to you to install and i need a price prang for installation...the car only has 500 miles and i dont wanna see the paint get damage right away.... heres what i am going to order

Up here the cam difference is not as good as you would think. You only gain about 6 hp and all of it is above 6800 RPM. For the price of the cam and install its hardly worth it.

If you want some good cams let me know. There are some really good NA cams aftermarket for those cars. With good gains (20-25whp) at altitude.

At this altitude, the CTR cams I had on my GSR didnt make a huge difference like the boys down at sea-level were preaching.

Yeah, us mountain dwellers have to live by a different rule. Its called Boost it or Juice it.

I thought the 05' S cams were the same as the DC5 ITR cams in terms of lift and duration? Is this just a rumor?

I havent actually measured them. I heard that too but I heard it on the internet so it must be true. ;)
