It has been far too long since posting here, the old 69 has been through some rough times. But after the last 6 months of working on her, she is just about done.
My old best time was a 13.00 at bandi. N/A 351W, pump gas.
I just installed new heads with full cnc treatment, replaced every wire on the car, had a little framework to do, and million other odds and ends to touch up on a 35+ year old ride.
I still have a couple of minor issues to work out, the exhaust doesn't line up now with the new headers, and my alternator died. A front end alignment and I will be back on the road.
Hoping for a low 12 or maybe a very high 11 now. Wish me luck and hello to all I used to talk to and race with.
