Did some clearance work on the old DART monster for RMcDaniels today. Should be ready to go to the balancer tomorrow after some more measurements. The pics show how much room in the crankcase the monster 95mm crank takes up. Rather than shave a bunch off the crank and try to play hell balancing it again I chose to clearance the block since it was in non critical areas. You can also see how much I had to shave off the oil squiters.

He's going to turn your block into a cheap little whore of a B18C.

is this for your LS/VTEC build, or something else?

Close, it's a B20+ tall deck block. It will be a 11.6:1 N/A stroker motor, should make lots of torque (for a Honda) and let me go fast without boosting.

lightweight 95mm crank, 5.967" rods, 11.6:1 pistons, Blox HSL cams, race prepped head, TWM ITB's, AEM CDI with COP, Tony1 Hall Effect ignition timing setup, good header, B16 tranny with Quaife LSD, 100-shot of nitrous

That's most of it, the car already has a bunch of suspension/brakes stuff done to it. I'm planning on using it as a road course/autocross track car with occasional trips to the drag strip. It'll also be my daily driver, full interior with A/C.

Got a decent radiator in that car? It might need it with the closed deck.

Only the best - Fluidyne. Stock radiator couldn't handle running a road course with the turbo setup, nothing like lugging it in 4th gear slowly around Roebling Road to keep the car from overheating.
