Does anyone have any detailed specs about the build on Falken Civic hatch? Specifically tires and wheel sizes, chamber angles, ect? Yes I understand there are a lot of haters against FF drifters but after I saw Keisuke Hatakayama tear shit up in his ef it made me a believer, so ive decided to build my DA for drift, and do my best to change others' view on FF drifting. Thanks....

Thats the kind of reply i assumed i would get but,I believe you are mistakin. Maybe you were to busy paying attention to Joyce Lex's breasts to see that ef sliding sideways. Maybe you should read into how many drift contests he won drifting that ff against your everyday drifters, hatchis and 180s. But hey. Haters keep hating cuz w/out you I have nothing to work for.

Yeah pulling your e brake to drift around corners is pretty lame....and not only that... its not real drifiting, you might as well get some trays from a fast food joint and have more fun, and plus its cheaper, your suppose to spin your back tires, not locked them up.
Pulling the e brake is looked down upon during competition, you lose points in D1 for doing stuff like that.
FF and drifitng dont go together I'm sorry, not hating, just educating.

You obviously wernt paying attention to the hatch.*doesnt suprise me sinse your a hater.
He doesnt even use the e-brake to enter the drift.
NOW let me educate "you" a little bit.
FF (DRIFTING!) Yes it can be done. And its not a damn powerslide.
When you start drifting, make sure you don't stop the rear tires with the side brakes. Just use the brakes to turn the direction of the car "not to stop the rear tires. That's just sliding your car with momentum."
The entrance is the same as an FR. It all depends on how fast you can enter the corner and throw the tail out sideways. You adjust your drift and cornering angle with the" gas" and steering. When you reach the clipping point, you "use the gas" and tap the e-brake to maintain the drift. Exit the drift on the gas and tapping on the e-brake once again. All of this must happen without lifting off the gas. "Your foot should be on the gas the whole time", either at full or half-throttle.
I spoke with the techs from falken at the showoff and they believe FF drifting is much more difficult than FR drifting. Dont get me wrong, I love FRs. But I dont want to be like every other hachi,180,240 ect out there.
So answer me this, Are you just afraid of a challenge?........................

I'm saying with an ff when you press the gas you understeer when in a rear wheel drive with the right power you oversteer.. All i gotta say is good luck! as long as you arent trying to drift up lookout mountain or something and take it to the track build whatever you want..

argueing about this, is the same as argueing about trying to suck your own penis. sure a few out there might have been able to do it, yet it shouldn't be done, but it doesn't stop the adventurous/curious ones from trying.
and telling us how to drift ff, is like me telling you how to suck your own penis, it's relatively easy, just gotta find a suitable position, start reaching, and make sure you have control the whole way out. most importantly don't stop reaching for the pole. i'm sure with enough dedication, time and practice, you'll be able to do it ;)

Im not an idiot. I plan on getting as much track time as possible.
If I say im going to do somthing i'll do it. Im sure 10 maybe 15 years ago when drifting started in Japan many people felt the same way about it as people do about FF drifting now. Im just thinking, maybe its time to change our approach and not be afraid to take chances. But anyways powder311,thanks for your support.

The most legit forum in our state run by someone who legitimizes people via how long they've used their forum. Can't get any more legit than that.
