For the Month of July, TC's gives back!!!

This July, what do reading and Hondas have in common? Literacy and an enthusiastic mechanic!

From July 1 through July 31, TC Performance invites all local Honda & Acura owners to call in and schedule a service. At the end of the month, TC's will donate 5% of their total business sales to Bandimere Speedway's Race to Read® program.

Based in Arvada, TC Performance owners Tobi & Barb Connell want to help kids get excited about reading. For the past eight years, the Race to Read® program has grown from 1 school in 1995 to 58 schools in 2005! The support from racers and businesses has helped the program in its growth, and we look forward to presenting a large contribution at the end of July on behalf of our clients! So please call and make an appointment today to make a difference in the lives of Denver's children.

DOH! Caught! Actually I have been donating to Race to read for years, But I finally decided to make it part of something bigger. Trying to get some of my customers to rally behind the organization. I might make a few extra cents too which isnt bad.

You should expand the program further than just reading, but reading comprehension. Mainly, if they read a 15.4 on their time slip, they should understand that their car isn't fast.

LOL, the race to read kids dont know what slow cars are. As a reward for their accomplishments Bandimere recognizes them at the Night of Fire and thunder every year. They get free tickets and get to go see jet cars.

I want to thank everyone who participated in the "Give back" program at TC's in July. We did not meet our goal for July, hevever, we were able to raise over $750 for the race to read program at Bandimere speedway. I am honored to have been able to participate in this program this year adn we are looking forward to doing this again next year or possibly sooner. Thanks again everyone.

Its more like a race to learn typing skillz issue than spelling. I have mechanic's dumb fat fingers. I need the speak and spell keyboard with the words printed right on the humungous keys.
