I had a gruppe-s lip and then i had side splitters. my driveway destroyed them both, but im in the 4th shipment for the RAvspec Cf Lip.

Future Mods:
FAT or AVO Turbo Kit
Sti Pistons and Rods
2.5inch exhaust
STI or WRX hood (PM if anyone is interested in trading stock hood for my rs hood or seibon hood)

Looks different, not feeling the hood either. I think a bigger drop, maybe different suspension, would do it a lot of justice. Otherwise looks very different from any other STI I've seen!

If you were looking to not get rid of the wheel gap, but at least make it even I would go with Prodrive's instead of STi pinks :) . Anyway, cool RS man.

How much of a weight difference is there between the stock hood & CF?

My legacy already has a pretty light hood.....I've been wondering if it would even be worth the money to swap.

rs hoods are pretty heavy. wrx hoods and sti hood are made of aluminum so they are just a few pounds heaver than cf. what year legacy do you have?

It's negligible on the stock aluminum vs. carbon hoods. The RS would be worth the weight reduction.

I heard a rumor that carbon trunks crack a lot. How long have you had yours? Any problems? Does it feel very strong? My body guy said that when you latch them it pinches the hood and eventually it will crack. Is this true?
