Dell bait and switch?

So we had this customer that asked us to price match this system...needless to say, things are a little shady at the Dell camp. If you dont know whats going on here..the CPU thats listed in there - along with the motherboard...is about $2000 in parts (see below)..pretty extreme deal. Too bad we called them..and they wont honor it...period. No matter how much of a fit we throw..
