OK . . . I met some dude in Topeka KS this past weekend at a big MR2/Celica meet. We had a good time at a strip club called Baby Doll's on Sat. night. I highly recommend it.

Anyway, turns out a good friend of his is getting married this weekend in Denver, and he's flying out. So he called me and asked he to take them to what I think is a good strip club here. We're going Friday night.

Now, I've been to a lot of strip clubs - in a few different locations across the country. Most of them were in Vegas. But I'm not really an expert on local clubs. In the state of Colorado, I have only been to Shotgun Willie's, Diamond Cabaret, Penthouse (the old PT's apparently), DejaVu's (C. Springs), the Bustop (Boulder), and Bellas (Longmont).

I hesitate to say any of them are all that great, but I think the best ones in Denver are Shotgun's, Diamond, and Penthouse. I've actually had a good time at DejaVu's down in the springs too, but that's not an option for this weekend.

I'd like to be able to include 18-up peeps, but most of the all-nude places are pretty skanky/sketchy for quality of entertainment around here. I can't say though because I haven't been to any (besides the all nude area of the Bustop and Bellas).

What I consider essential to a good club:

hot girls (of course)

at least 15 girls working any given weekend night

decent couches or VIP room. By decent I mean some semblance of privacy, and no strict "sit on your hands" policy

they don't play 80's hairband rock all night (it's unfortunately inevitable that they play some of tha t crap sometimes apparently)

Only 1 I went to in CO was centerfolds. That 6 ft rule they have in the lap dance area is stupid for the $20 bucks you pay for lap dance. I was spoiled I guess, there's a strip club in NM called 'The Ice House', that place has real lap dances that aren't a waste of your money. The chicks were hot too, but what was really funny is my ex-roomate who'se from Dalls & OKC went there with me one time. He blew $140 bucks in 35 minutes. But he came out covered in the chicks juice so I guess for him it was $140 bucks well spent lol. It was the whole turning 18 ritutal w/ my friends from high school. What blew my mind was that you really got physical, not sex in the definitive sense, but stuff that would get the joint closed down lol. Ah the memories. I haven't been to any strip clubs here after checking out centerfolds, don't really see a need to pay for looking at naked girls :) But then again, wouldn't be bad to go hang out w/ the buds and get to see naked chicks. hmmm

Fuck Diamond unless your a serious baller. You'll have to drop some serious bucks to get some attention. Shotguns is better. You'll have more fun there. The best ones are the smaller local ones. Saturday Night Live or Cheerleaders on the north end of town. Much more laid back and less crowded at the smaller ones. Much easier to get some attention if you flash a little cash.

I just want to add my opinion and tell you that The Bustop in Boulder is DISGUSTING. You would think they might have some local college girls who need some money, but it really looks like a collection of the nastiest bustop skanks from across America.

I've never heard of the 6' rule at Centerfolds....they were alwasy right up on me in the private lapdance area. Oasis is a pretty high quality strip club, and they have good food, but its 21 and up. Centerfolds is probably the best 18+ strip club that I've been to.

Hell 30% of the girls walking down the street are nearly topless, and if you wanted that you could go to Water World and have more fun, and spend less money and see nearly the same thing.

First off, this place is ALL NUDE, like it should be. They don't serve alcohol, but just bring your own and dump it in your drink like I do. Secondly, I like skanky strippers who would think nothing of letting you violate them like thier fathers and uncles did when they were younger. The chicks at this place are just like that. They are also very personable, and for the ballers in your group, I'm sure they will find some of the services these skanks offere to their lliking. For all that you were seeking this place meets most of your needs.
For those maybe bringing thier gf's to this, you would be best to leave them at home for this place, there are plenty of other clubs that cater to that better.

I personally have only been there twice, but both times very entertaining. I kinda laid off the place once I found out that I had gotten a private dance from one of my fiance's high school students, but a return trip may be in my future.

You will have fun at Shotgun's, just be prepared for high maintenance broads who think they are all that.

The last time.... it was De Ja Vu. Nothing special then. A co-worker said they re-vamped the place and have since hired better looking women.

For the most part though.....I can't really justify the expense.

I don't like the Bustop because it's too small. The one little strip stage on the nude side makes you feel like some weirdo perve IMO. Oh wait, I am a perv . . .

We went to Shotgun's last night as planned and it was ROCKING. As in, a bad thing. Too rocking, too loud, too many people, too many guys tipping at the tables, etc. There's no real motivation for the girls to spent any time/extra attention on you if there's 20 more dollars in ones sitting out on the padded rail. I only got one lap dance, mostly b/c I the girls I was interested in were busy most of the night.

I gotta check out Mudd's skankhole - "Bare Essence" next.

And YES, if you mean slapping their shoes on the stage to get attention, I find it very lame as well. Especially if she does it more than once. It's not hot at all IMO. This is why I wouldn't advise going to Shotguns. I have the same beliefs as you found last night. That place is like a sausage fest IMO, and way to crowded with people and stuck up beyatches.

You never travel to see a stripper, thats ludicris. It's just a stripper, not a national landmark, there is another skank just like her around every corner. Yes, that shit. Last time I was a th the Bustop there were like 6 of us in there total, and the girls would NOT stop doing that, even though we were well within 2 feet of them and had nothing else to be looking at.
