Ok so I ordered a camber kit the other day and I should get it tomarrow, and I was wondering how hard would it be for me to install it on my rex? I can't afford to have someone install it so thats why I'm doing it myself. Any feedback will be appriciated.
Thanx

Can you screw two bolts together?

it's easy... but you will still need an alignment.

im gonna do the same thing, but does the alignment take care of adjusting the camber kit etc?

Depends on what shop you go to. My alignment guy does the camber adjustment, but he charges me extra. He also doesn't have a torque wrench that goes down to 6 lb/ft (the torque spec of the camber plate locking screws on my kit), so I bring mine and make sure he uses it.

My friend and I installed my Ingalls camber kit on my CRX and it was a little difficult at times but still do-able. We had to make some room in the front fender wells with a BFH to make them fit but the rears are easy as pie. If you need any help, let me know. Which brand did you get?

I got the Drop Zone kit. I've never installed one of these before so I hope the front wont be too hard. If I lived closer I probably would ask you for help but I don't so I'm kinda on my own on this one.

Ok so we got the kit insatlled yesterday in about 3 hours, it went together really smooth we didn't have any problems with the kit but the only problem we came across was when we let my car down off the jack we noticed that the front end was lifted like 2" and we didn't mess with the coilovers. I don't know what happend. Also the front end as no suspension when I push on it the only rebound it has is the front the tires and its a really crapy ride i drove it around th block and it was horrible. Please help I have to take it to get an alignment and they're going to do the camber adjustment free and the shop is like 15 miles from where my car is.
Any input will be a big help.
make sure the shocks seated into the struts right? thats all i got

my guess is the top of the control arm where the ball joint is located is probably stuck on a piece of pinch weld in the wheel well .... jack the car up and get the wheels off the ground then have some one lower it slowly..... look at the top of the control arm and see if it is hitting metal or if it is going into the shock tower like its supposta... if its hitting like most honda do when you lower them then all you have to do is get the bfh and go to town on where it hits.....

Sweet man. So are you going to be doing some autocross now or HPDE's? I'm dying to hit the track and it'd be great to see another CRX out there.

I would like to roadrace but I need a motor really bad thats like the only thing i need right now cuz I'm all done with the suspesion setup so all I really need to do is sell my bike to buy a motor. What exactly is HPDE's? Thats probably a stupid question but i'm still kinda learning a lot of stuff.

I found an 88-91 B16A SiR Comlete swap for 1,500 on hmotorsonline.com so i'm kinda focusing on that right now but my friends think i should just rebuild my D15 and mod it cuz its cheaper but i really want a DOHC VTEC so I dont know what i should do. What would you do?

I'd rock the B16 swap and build it for boost, but it depends on your budget.

I'm probably only going to spend anywhere from 2,800 - 3,500.

Wow, that's quite a budget you have. Personally, I would try to stay away from doing anything in the engine bay that's going to give the CRX an even worse weight ratio (since it's already 62/38 stock).
