What do you guys do with the wire loom?
For now, I'm just going to zip tie it to the cross member, but I can see that being a problem in the future.

This is for a Civic btw.

In my 99 Integra LS, I have it zip-tied to the frame.

You only have a couple choices, man. Either tape it up and stuff it somewhere, zip-tie it out of the way, or cut the fucker off.

http://honda-tech.com is another option you probably haven't considered.

i would of taken the whole system out, by bending all the pipes and loosing the bolt that goes into the Frame...thats if your not going to keep the A/C units
