For those of you who have not heard of it yet, basically its a modification of a stock OBD1 honda ECU that is nothing short of incredible. Here's some informative links:

Neptune has some incredible features. The highlights include:
- User configurable (on the fly) 2-step launch control. It will do anti-lag launch control as well (which will allow you to build bost extremely fast off the line for you turbo guys). You can switch between standard 2-step and 2-step with anti-lag launches by simply crossing a throttle position threshold. This is great for drag racers who want to just use the regular 2-step until you're fully staged and then lay into the throttle and use the antilag just before the launch.
- Full throttle shift control
- Full nitrous control. You can optionally switch between the maps tuned with and without nitrous with the press of a button (which can also arm the system). NepTune will trigger your nitrous solenoids when a set of defined conditions are met such as min/max RPM, min/max load, minimum speed and minimum TPS
- Spray control
- Boost control. Neptune will trigger boost controllers to switch to different boost settings at a certain vehicle speed, RPM and/or throttle position. This can be optionally toggled on and off with a switch. Many people are using this to switch from low to high boost once they reach a certain speed. Coming soon will be the ability to control a boost solenoid. What this means is that you will actually be able to use neptune to do all your boost control without an external boost controller.
- Boost cut
- A full compliment of fuel and ignition correction maps
- Startup (cranking) maps so you can get the car to start beautifully with any size injectors. Neptune is successfully controlling precision 1600cc injectors with a stock idle on more than one vehicle
- Individual cylinder trims (which is great for getting that completely uniform burn between cylinders)
- Radiator fan control
- Ability to switch maps. This means that you can use a button (the A/C button is popular) to switch between a pump gas tune and a race gas tune
- Supports map sensors from stock all the way up to 5 bar
- Excellent TPS/MAP based map switching for the ITB guys (this is absolutely incredible if you want to run ITBs)
- Gear based fuel and ignition trims
- Extremely high resolution between breakpoints (which are all tuner-adjustable) which allows for tuning in the areas you need it most.
- Traction control is in the works. Keep an eye out for this one: its going to be excellent.
NepTune is also constantly being improved: the support is absolutely excellent. NepTune comes with free datalogging software (which is extremely capable) for those of you who would like it (available for both Windows and Mac). It requires no additional hardware (outside of a chipped honda ECU with a datalogging cable). For anyone currently using other management systems that are based off of a honda ECU, your existing ecu will work fine. The chipping hardware is identical to that of other systems such as Crome, Uberdata and Hondata.
NepTune is spreading like crazy in other parts of the country, and now its available to Colorado enthusiasts as well. It is designed to be cheaper than comparable engine management systems with more functionality. The pricing is a package bundle (set at a flat rate) which includes both the license to use NepTune (including all of its features) and the tuning labor (street and dyno for your first appointment). The only other cost a user must cover would be the actual dyno time as well as any additional services (such as chipping your ECU if you don't want to do it yourself or debugging other issues with your setup which are not related to tuning). I highly recommend DynoWerx (www.dynowerx.com - good people with a nice dyno) in Colorado Springs, but we can use the dyno of your choice.
As far as my tuning abilities go, I am EFI101 certified, AEM EMS Factory Trained and officially NepTune licensed (http://www.hrtuning.com/index.php?page=neptunetuners). Just for fun, here is a dyno of the latest car that I've tuned (using a different system before I was a NepTune dealer) on pump gas here in Colorado Springs:
Sleeved GSR, t3/t4e 57 trim:

(Watch out for this one: I'll give you a hint: it's got 4 doors!)
