Quick question

Does anyone know if a ’90 accord with an automatic transmission has a lock up torque converter? The reason I ask is because, it seems like the car is turning way too high of a RPM in what seems to be like 4th gear. At 55MPH it’s turning right around 2600-2700 RPM.
