Loud Engine at Low RPMs

As the title suggests, I am experiencing a loud, raspy sound from my engine at low rpms up until about 3k where it sounds normal. Just started today, and the car doesn't feel as quick as it was... Is this an exhaust leak? Do I need to replace a gasket somewhere?

Negative. It's just downpipe to apex dunk CB exhaust
