is that his exhaust pipe down on the bottom driver's side?!? if so i dont believe having exhaust gases going right towards your tire is good for traction...

if anything, it helps traction by heating the tire so it gets nice and sticky. i dunno though, but ive seen a lot of FWD drag cars that have exhausts that terminate right there, so maybe thats the reason and maybe its not. but thats how i figure it would work.

im thinking about the liquid i always see dripping out of exhaust pipes, and whatever particulates and oils that would be coming out. i guess there probably isnt too much of it in a 4-stroke, but the initial idea i had was of a oil slick type effect
