need to trade oil pan

i have a Moroso 5 quart oil pan for a B series Vtec engines. I am no longer running boost,so i have no use for this pan anymore.But i do need a sotck oil pan for DOHC VTEC engines, if any body got a stock pan to trade i will sell it for $135 if not . then $175....thanks
