Got the idea fron SVTBreal... Painted the front lip.

It makes the bumper look shorter. IMO that isn't a god thing.

Adding a lip vs. painting a 1" line on the bumper are definitely different... ;)

I didn't paint a 1" line. I remove the OEM lip and painted it. Either way I saved.

you can take it for what it's woth, but i'm gonna be totally honest with you. You did a good painting job, but the end result does not look good. It really would look better with an aftermarket lip, and even then I would match it to the stock color.
barely notice it there...

Yeah I know... 1) Really won't notice unless someone points it out. (I think at least)
