ok I have a 91 mazda protege for sale.....It has a 1.8L BP engine. Current mods are, custom intake, pacesetter header, into a catco high flo cat, and 2.25" mandrel bent piping into a apexi N1 muffler. Rx7 VAF, bored out throttle body, front and rear strut bars, eibach springs and tokico struts. Bronzeoil shifter bushings. And a brembo brake upgrade with carbon fiber pads. I painted the car with some flat black spray paint. Looks pretty crappy. It has some problem, where it will start up run and drive just fine, but once it warms up and you turn it off, sometimes it wont start until it cools off again. Ive replaced the thermostat, coolant temp sensor, fan switch, but still havent gotten it figured out. I don't have anytime for this car anymore, so Im only askin $800 for it. It has 130,xxx miles on it, ran a 15.8 in the 1/4 and is a good little car. I just put some 16" rims on it with brand new tires but if you want I can include the stock rims as well.

lol...naw I just now posted this thing for sale.....

Like I said, I don't have the time for it anymore. I love the car to death, its unique, has a big aftermarket, and definately meets the sleeper criteria. But I don't have the time.

There is the 323 GTX BPT engine that is a direct bolt in swap, easy 13s right there. All for less that $1000 If you want a real bad ass engine, you can source the 323 GTR Bpt and be deep in the 12s or faster with slicks and whatknot. For about 2500-3000.
