I raced Forum's 93 vtec lude in my b16a hatch. From a stop, we're pretty much neck and neck. On a highway roll @ 60mph or so, he pulled me pretty hard.

The prelude is the clear winner here if both car are stock w/ manual transmission. Even with Intake, exhaust, and header I'll still pick the prelude over the civic. Plus those mods are not really horsepower getter unless you have Force Induction. Just my 2 cents
