another question - is there any specs list for OEM HIDs? basically, i want to know what temp is stock bulbs on Honda Inspire (jdm accords have HIDs stock, lucky bastards)

i think smitz use to run that kit as well, and he said his ballast went out after a year or 2. forgot, you might wanna ask him though.
the guys on the bimmer boards have been going with the XTEC kits for a while now, and i haven't heard much complaints from them. also i guess they are trying to start up a group buy for phillips hid kits on that board, price will be around 439-399 and that's for 4300k.
pick a good brand, spend a few extra bucks so you don't have to worry about quality, or who to turn to in case of any problems. 50-90 dollar difference might sway you to go with one kit instead of another. but keep in mind that your gonna be spending atleast 250 bucks, so it's not like those ricer bulbs where if you burn them out, 20 bucks will get you another set.
damn i love my catz kit

hmm, but that's still interesting. he just ordered inspire headlights for the sake of the headlight assembly? and then he will put in HIDs? i wonder if it's extremely expencive...
thanks for the update!

i think just the headlights are like 4-6 hundred. to include the hid's will double it. 1200 for jdm headlights it silly

i bet the whole inspire headlight kit would run at least 3-4 grand... not something i am ready to sacrifice right now, but seriously, honda could at least make it an optional equipment... so unfair. this car just asks for HIDs
